I am a multicultural, licensed clinical social worker with a solid foundation in psychology and sociology, having obtained my degree from Southern Oregon University and subsequently earned a Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University. With over two decades of experience in human services, I have been fortunate to serve a diverse clientele, each with their own unique socioeconomic, cultural, and neurodiverse backgrounds.
My expertise centers on trauma-informed, healing-centered engagement, and I am certified in various therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, exposure therapy, emotionally focused therapy, traumatic stress studies, and Forensic Experiential Trauma Interviewing (FETI). In addition, I possess extensive experience in grief counseling, support for survivors of interpersonal violence and sexual assault, adolescent treatment, somatic mind-body bridging, mindfulness practices, and addiction treatment.
In addition to my professional commitments, I have a strong passion for the outdoors, art, travel, reading, and music. As a lifelong learner, I pursue personal growth, embrace new adventures, and seek authentic relationships with everyone I meet.
